Farm2Family LLC (“Farm2Family,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of individuals who access or use the Farm2Family platform. This Privacy Policy explains generally how information may be collected, used, stored, disclosed, and protected when you visit or use Farm2Family, including when interacting with an independently operated Location Operator, Vendor, Driver, or other marketplace participant. Information We May Collect Depending on how you use the platform, Farm2Family may collect information that you voluntarily provide, information necessary to operate the marketplace, and certain information generated through your use of the platform. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, billing or delivery address, account information, order and purchase history, marketplace preferences, communications, delivery instructions, Vendor or business information, Driver information, proof-of-delivery information, application information, and other information you choose to provide. The platform may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, login activity, cookies or similar technologies, and other information reasonably necessary for security, authentication, troubleshooting, analytics, and operation of the platform. Where location-related functionality is offered, location information may be used to determine marketplace availability, delivery eligibility, pickup availability, routing, or fulfillment. Precise location information will only be collected when enabled by the applicable feature and as permitted by applicable law. Payment Information Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors. Farm2Family does not intend to directly store complete payment-card numbers when payment information is securely handled by the applicable payment processor. Information provided to a payment processor is also subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices. How Information May Be Used Information may be used to provide and operate the Farm2Family platform; create and manage accounts; process and fulfill marketplace orders; determine delivery or pickup availability; facilitate communications among Customers, Vendors, Drivers, and Location Operators; administer payments, refunds, credits, deposits, commissions, fees, and payouts; provide customer support; send transactional or service-related communications; prevent fraud or misuse; maintain platform security; troubleshoot and improve platform functionality; comply with legal obligations; enforce agreements and policies; and protect the rights, property, and safety of Farm2Family and marketplace participants. Information Shared Within a Local Marketplace Farm2Family operates technology that connects independent marketplace participants. Information may therefore be shared with the Location Operator, Vendor, Driver, or other authorized marketplace participant when reasonably necessary to operate and fulfill marketplace services. For example, a Location Operator may need customer contact, order, pickup, or delivery information; a Vendor may need information necessary to fulfill ordered products; and a Driver may need a customer's name, delivery address, telephone number, delivery instructions, and other information reasonably necessary to complete a delivery. Marketplace participants are expected to use information obtained through Farm2Family only for legitimate marketplace and business purposes and in accordance with applicable law and their agreements with Farm2Family or the applicable Location Operator. Service Providers and Third Parties Farm2Family may use third-party companies and service providers to provide services such as payment processing, hosting, data storage, email or text communications, mapping, analytics, security, authentication, accounting, and other technology or business services. Information may be provided to these parties when reasonably necessary for them to perform services supporting the platform. Third-party services may maintain their own terms, security practices, and privacy policies. Farm2Family does not control the independent privacy practices of third parties except to the extent required by applicable agreements or law. We Do Not Sell Personal Information for Unrelated Marketing Farm2Family does not sell personal information to unrelated third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Information may nevertheless be disclosed as described in this Privacy Policy, including to facilitate marketplace transactions, operate the platform, use service providers, complete business transactions, or comply with legal requirements. Legal and Safety Disclosures Farm2Family may preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, subpoena, court order, governmental request, legal process, or contractual obligation; investigate suspected fraud, misuse, security incidents, or violations of platform policies; protect the rights or property of Farm2Family or others; or address circumstances involving potential threats to safety. Data Security Farm2Family uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information under its control. However, no internet transmission, electronic storage system, software platform, or security measure can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, Farm2Family cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse of information will never occur. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and should promptly notify Farm2Family of suspected unauthorized account access.
