Terms of Service

Farm2Family provides technology that enables independently operated local marketplaces (“Location Operators”) to connect customers with independent farmers, producers, makers, food businesses, merchants, delivery providers, and other sellers (“Vendors”). Farm2Family provides the underlying marketplace technology and related administrative tools. Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular transaction, Farm2Family is not the producer, grower, manufacturer, processor, preparer, packager, owner, or direct seller of products offered by independent Vendors. Location Operators and Vendors are independently responsible for their respective businesses, products, personnel, operations, licenses, permits, taxes, regulatory obligations, and compliance with applicable law. Use of the Farm2Family Platform does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, franchise relationship, fiduciary relationship, or agency relationship between Farm2Family and any Customer, Vendor, Driver, or Location Operator except where a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise. Pricing, Fees and Taxes: Prices and applicable charges will be displayed through the Platform before an order is submitted. An order may include product prices and applicable marketplace fees, delivery charges, deposits, taxes, or other disclosed charges. Prices and fees may vary among Location Operators, Vendors, delivery areas, fulfillment methods, or ordering periods. Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected as required based on the transaction and information available to the Platform. Payments: Payments may be processed using independent third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable charges associated with your transaction. Farm2Family does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party payment services and is not responsible for failures attributable solely to an independent payment provider, financial institution, or card network, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
